During ordering you can choose to pay extra to expedite, however, the standard estimate is 3-weeks. If you are ordering a piece that needs to be mailed please account EXTRA time for shipping and handling. My timelines are exclusively in regard to the piece being completed.
Because nobody knows our pets better than us, I believe in a fully collaborative approach. I will reach out via your preferred contact method (entered on the order form) before beginning your portrait. Please note, I require a deposit of at least 1/2 of the cost upfront before beginning. I will send a rough outline for approval, then will contact you with any questions or ideas along the way! If your order is being shipped, we will also discuss methods and cost. Once a final draft is approved, I’ll add my finishing touches and finalize the work before sending or delivering!
Because of the collaborative approach, I will not refund on an approved design. If you would like to cancel less than one week before completion, I will not refund the 1/2 cost. Any cancellation request earlier in the process will be assessed for the amount of time I have put in to the piece up to that point.
Of Course! Please ensure you have a high quality photo of the pet you would like to commission. The better quality photo, the better I will be able to accurately portray your loved ones’ animals. My guideline for high quality photo reference is anything above 200dpi OR 1,000×1,000 px. If you are unsure, please reach out.
Yes! I will mail any of my art pieces that I am able to but please note that the shipping price will not be covered and will be due prior to mailing the work out. If there is any concern about mailing costs coming from The USA please let me know when ordering.
Yes! I will try my best to draw any of your beloved animals. If I am unable to create a portrait that satisfies my idea of a professional work, payment may be discounted. Please offer patience with these requests, and understand it will most likely take longer than usual to complete. I will let you know about any concerns or hesitations upfront.
